NOTICE OF MAY 24, 2016
ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CENTRAL COLLEGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting* of the Board of Trustees of The Central College Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on May 24, 2016, commencing at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at Upper Albany West Community Center, 6100 Delcastle Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081.

The purposes of the meeting are to:

  1. Elect Board officers and Election Committee Members.
  2. Consider a resolution supplementing fiscal year 2016 appropriations and budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge collected for fiscal year 2017 to pay administrative and other expenses of the Authority for fiscal year 2017.
  3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2017 for the Authority.
  4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the Public.
