ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CENTRAL COLLEGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting* of the Board of Trustees of The Central College Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on September 16, 2024, commencing at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time at Upper Albany West Community Center, 6100 Delcastle Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081.

The purposes of the meeting are to:

  1. Elect Board officers and committee members.
  2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for fiscal year 2025.
  3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2025 for the Authority.
  4. Consider a resolution appointing the Authority’s accountant through August 2025.
  5. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the Public.

Pursuant to Ohio House Bill 197, this meeting will be held by teleconference or videoconference as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency. This meeting is open to the public.
